Shearwater is an award-winning community in St. Augustine developed by Freehold Communities. The board of directors contracts with First Service Residential for community management services on behalf of the residents. First Service Residential, a national leader in community management, provides a dedicated team to assist in overseeing and maintaining the daily operations of the community.

SHEARWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

To best serve residents, your community association team is located on-site, inside the Kayak Club at 100 Kayak Way, St. Augustine, FL 32092. For in-person appointments, it is preferred for residents to email or call ahead at 904-342-3739 during business hours from Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
